Overview
Working along side the Creative and Retail teams, I was asked to help lead and prototype new technology, merchandising and customer experience pathways within the new retail concept showrooms. As part of the assignment I helped to develop the content strategy and creative outputs to align with how guests dwell and navigate the space; all inspired and enhanced through the architectural design of the showrooms.
Results
2 Successful Openings in first 30 Days, serving as a template to roll out globally in 90 Stores
Increased foot traffic, NPS scores and drive immediate lift in same store sales
